Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and drop a small batch of potstickers gently into water. When the potstickers float to the top remove and space evenly onto
a greased baking sheet.
Heat 1 inch of oil in a deep cast iron pot. Fry the bottom of the potstickers until crispy.
