Order Cancellation Policy
Many of the products we offer are made fresh, from scratch to order.
Online Order Cancellation
All order places through our online store is subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

Cancellations within a 48 hour period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order. Cancellations within a 24 hour period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order.
Order Modifications
Order modifications or changes will be accepted until noon two (2) days prior to the order date and are subject to a 5% restocking fee if the value of the order is less than originally placed.
Holiday Orders
Holiday orders are subject to a 72 hour cancellation notice due to the volume and preparation time required to fulfill orders.
