Tomato + fennel confit with Manchego cheese in a saffron pastry

Cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place tart on a baking sheet.
Cook for 30-35 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown.
Check centre using a toothpick or knife.
